Febrile ulceronecrotic pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta is a severe form of pityriasis
lichenoides et varioliformis acuta characterized by the sudden polymorphous eruptions composed of
diffuse coalescent macule, papule, vesicle, hemorrhagic vesicle and reddish brown crust on the neck,
trunk, axilla, both extremities, and systemic symptoms such as fever and malaise.

Wilson-Mikity syndrome is a chronic respiratory distress in the premature infant. The most striking
component of the syndrome is the distinctive chest radiographic finding. We report a case of
Wilson-Mikity syndrome in a premature baby and briefly review the literature.

Congenital factor V deficiency is a rare hemorrhagic disease characterized by the various hemorr-
hagic manifestations and the prologations of clotting time, prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time.
We experienced a case of congenital factor V deficiency in a 4 month-old male infant, who had
suffered from the bleeding tendncy since his neonatal period.
We review literatures briefly and present this case.
